Before painting the floors, prepping them for paint is one of the most important steps we take. Making sure the floors are throughly clean by acid etching and power washing them, to remove all dirt grease or other additives on the concrete prior to painting.
After the floors are throughly cleaned, we begin the process of placing the first coat of a 2 part epoxy down, as shown to the left in photo this case we where making faux tile on the floor, after placing the first coat down we allow 24 hours of cure time before starting the next step.
Next we apply the 2nd coat of epoxy, if wanted by customer we then add 2 color choice flakes into the 2nd and final coat of the epoxy. You can have many different options, spec finishes, faux tile, solid color. Then when that has cured for 24 hours we then add 2 coats of waterborne urethane giving it a strong and hard finish.
My garage floor was dirty and ugly before Ronson Painting applied epoxy and flakes. It is so easy to keep clean and makes my garage look like a room not a garage. LOVE IT.
This has been one of the best investments I made when building our new house, Was to have them do our garage floor, it is simply beautiful, thank you guys for your hard work.

"We just purchased our home a few months ago and needed to paint the interior rooms. We just happened to be heading out of town and thought this was the perfect opportunity for painting. Because of the family run business and after meeting Ron and Cory, we felt very comfortable leaving town while they painted. The team did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Ronson Painting again and recommend to anyone" Mert & Allison C.
"Has been a pleasure working with Ron and Cory of Ronson Painting. They have done interior and exterior projects at many of the shopping centers in my porfolio. Ron is very professional in his approach to business. They are punctual in attending meetings, is resourceful and completes his work at, or prior to, established deadlines in situations where he has full control." Jim P.
